SHARPE, Rev. Dugal F. Peacefully invited into the presence of the Lord, on Saturday, October 22, 2005, in his 81st year. Dugal Frederick Sharpe, beloved husband of Mary (Irvine) and son of the late Harry Sharpe and Pearl Horner. Predeceased by brothers Lennis, Clifford, Manson, Ellwood, Kenneth, and Morley, and sisters Winona and Lillas. Survived by sisters-in-law Hermoine, Evelyn, and Pat, as well as many nieces and nephews. Will be especially missed by niece Brenda (Garry) Young. Also survived by Mary's sisters Ruth (Ron) Shurtliff and Elizabeth (Donald) Barnett and their families. Dugal pastored Free Methodist churches in Wildwood, AB, Bracebridge, Perth, and Barrie, ON, and upon retirement served for three summers as Chaplain at Wesley Acres Conference and Retreat Center, Bloomfield, ON. Friends will be received at the BURKE FUNERAL HOME (613-968-6968) 150 Church St., Belleville on Tuesday October 25, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration service of a life well lived will take place at Centennial Free Methodist Church, Avondale Road, Belleville on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Maple Grove Cemetery, Shawville, QC, will take place on Friday, October 28, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations to Wesley Acres Youth Campus would be appreciated.
