JAGOE, CAROL "JUNE" The death of Carol "June" Jagoe, wife of Percy Jagoe, of Doaktown, NB, occurred on Saturday October 29, 2005, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on January 11, 1939 in Blackville, New Brunswick, she is a daughter of the late Maxwell and Guila (Johnson) Gillespie. June is a Retired Registered Nurse. June graduated from the Miramichi Hospital Nursing School in 1963. Her nursing career in hospitals lead her to the Chedoke McMaster Hospital in Hamilton, Toronto Western, VPH and the DECH in Fredericton, where she retired in 1999. She is a member of the Carroll's Crossing Baptist Church. June's faith was an important ingredient in her life. She also attended the Nashwaaksis Baptist Church, the Elliot Heights Baptist Church in Hamilton, ON. Her artistic ability was evidenced in her decorating, painting, flower arranging and her handiwork. We will miss her laughter, songs and stories, most of all we will miss her love. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Wayne Jagoe (Cathy) of Fredericton, NB and Wesley Jagoe (Jeanne) of Saint John, NB; one daughter, Kelly Cormier (Leo-Paul) of Toronto, ON; three grandchildren, Nicholas, Cody and Molly; three brothers, Paul Gillespie (Kay) of Doaktown, NB, Gary Gillespie (Marlene) of South Esk, NB, and Dewey Gillespie (Lois) of Miramichi, NB; six sisters, Lois Underhill (Jack) of Hamilton, ON, Donna Dumont (Frank) of Campbellton, NB, Sharon Jagoe (Edward) of Fredericton, NB, Shelley Sullivan (Herb) of Lincoln, NB, Wendy Betts (Jeff) of Lower Kingsclear, NB and Kimberlie Gillespie of Kelowna, BC; Pearl Hubbard of Miramichi, NB, Bob Johnson of Sault Ste. Marie, ON and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother, Darrell Gillespie. Visitation will be held from York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Dr. Fredericton NB on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday November 2, 2005 from the Nashwaaksis United Baptist Church, Edgewood Dr. at 1pm with Pastor Wilbur Matthews officiating. Pallbearers will be: Preston Malley, Dean Potts, Doug Campbell, Ray Betts, Donald Parent and Lawrence Platt. Interment will take place at the Doaktown Baptist Church Cemetery, Doaktown, NB. June loved all flowers, your remembrances can be shown through flowers or by donations to the Carroll's Crossing Baptist Church Building Fund.
