Upon his return to New Brunswick he worked for the Stan Cassidy Rehabilitation Centre, as an orderly, and retired with over 30 years of dedicated service. Bill was a life long member of the Rusagonis Baptist Church where he worshiped faithfully until the last few years due to declining health. He was a well-respected, dependable, kind and caring man with a compassionate heart. He was always there to lend a helping hand and assist anyone in their time of need. He highly valued his family and the many friends he made during his lifetime. He will be greatly missed and remembered by the many lives he touched. He is survived by his three sisters, Eileen Noble of Westville, NS, Ethyle Manuel of Ottawa, ON and Isabelle Baskin of Rusagonis, NB; one brother, Donald Noble (Betty) of Rusagonis, NB; and one sister-in-law, Louise Noble Johnson (Franklin). Also surviving are his beloved nieces and nephews including, Terry and Lois Noble, Dale and Debbie Noble and Timmy and Cheryl Noble all of Rusagonis, NB, Dawn-Marie (Noble) and Peter Buck of Rothesay, NB, Donna-Lynn (Baskin) and Wally Rogers of Inuvik, NWT and their respective families. He is predeceased by his parents; grandparents; several aunts and uncles; sister, Nellie Nason (Hollie) of Harvey Station, NB and brother, Murray Noble of Fredericton, NB. A special thank-you to Terry and Lois Noble for the exceptional care given to Bill during his final years. There will be no visitation. Bill's request was to be cremated. A Memorial Service will be held at the Rusagonis Baptist Church on Friday, August 18th, 2006 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Brent MacDonald and Rev. Jim Lewis will officiate. Interment will be in the Rusagonis Baptist Cemetery followed by a reception in the Church Hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. www.mcadamsfh.com [The Daily Gleaner]
