COYLE, ROBERT EDWARD It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Robert Edward Coyle at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Sunday, August 13, 2006. Born on December 15, 1933 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late David and Edith Coyle. Bob was a member of Grace Memorial United Baptist Church and served on the Board of Trustees, was a member of the Nashwaaksis Lions Club and the Photographers Society of Canada. He retired from the Provincial Government as Photographic Supervisor for the Department of Transportation in 1992. He was a great hunter, fisherman, storyteller and a wonderful cook. Bob is survived by his wife of 49 years, Maxine (Horncastle) Coyle; his daughter, Wendy Coyle; chosen daughter, Connie Woodside; his son, Michael and wife Donna Coyle; and two very special granddaughters, Brittany and Megan Coyle. Bob also leaves to mourn sisters and brothers-in-law, Bonnie and Robert Grant, Heather and Rick Akin, Kim and Theresa Horncastle; nieces Jayne and Katie Akin; nephews, Brent Grant and wife, Kelly, Peter Grant and wife Nancy and Tristan Horncastle; uncles, Daniel Carruthers and wife, Jane of Moncton, Clifton Good of Connecticut; as well as many special cousins. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Tuesday, August 15th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 16th, 2006 at 1 pm from Grace Memorial United Baptist Church, Connaught Street, Fredericton, NB with Rev. Doug Hapeman officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Bill Watson, Ronald Blaney, Frank Crain, Jack Johnson, Lou Stillwell, Joseph Cook, George Costello, Ronald Rowe, Ralph Turnbull and Frank Beattie. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Grace Memorial United Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
