CLARKE, MAKAYLA MARIE - Suddenly at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Makayla was born and died on August 16, 2006. Makayla will be sadly missed by her mother Christine Jubenville-Clarke, her father Chris Clarke and her big brother Carter Clarke. Makayla will also be sadly missed by her grandparents Jim and Mary Jubenville, Chris and Donna Clarke. Also her Aunt Christelle Jubenville, Uncle Jason Clarke and other relatives and friends. Makayla was a very precious gift, however taken from us quickly. We would like to thank Dr. Green, Dr. Haukioja and the nurses of the Northumberland Hills Hospital ( Lisa Jibb, Rebecca Rutherford, Nancy Linton, Carol McLean and Cathy Oke) and friends and family for all their support and caring during this tragic time.
