PETERSON Jim James Earl - It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing away of Jim Peterson, Friday August 18, 2006 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Elliot Lake. Beloved husband of Helen Peterson (nee McAllister), loving father of Lorraine (Rick) Campbell, Jim (Cleo) Peterson / Verdon, LIz (Dave) Livingstone, Bert (Jessie) Peterson/ Gagnon and Sherry Peterson. Cherished grandfather of 13 and great grandfather of also 13. Jim is survived by his two sisters, Ann (Doug) Lavery and Jean (Near). He is predeceased by his parents Earl and Lorraine, his step-mother Marie, his sister Mary Lorraine, in-laws David, Brian, Roseanne, nephew Glenn, granddaughter Victoria and great grandson Adam. An employee of Blacstone Jim retired in Elliot Lake in 99. He will be truly missed by numerous friends, nieces and nephews. At his request, cremation and a simple memorial service.
