GOLDSPINK, Eva Martha - Peacefully in her 91st year, on August 22, at Bella Senior Care Residence, Chippewa. Beloved wife of the late Francis “Bub“ Goldspink, and cherished mother of Tom & Linda Goldspink, Judith (Goldspink) Morra, Frank Goldspink, John & Jan Goldspink and Richard & Anne (Goldspink) Norman. Dear grandmother to Christopher, Susannah, Angela, Elliot, Graeme, Hilary, Thomas, Sarah, William and Jennifer. Loving Sister to Helen Turner, Sam Alguire, and Don Alguire and predeceased by her brothers Ross and Bob Alguire. A teacher for 4 decades, Eva genuinely loved her work as a Primary Specialist and then as a Teacher Librarian. Eva was active in community matters in the Niagara area, especially in the Guild of St. Paul's Anglican Church, Port Robinson, for nearly 50 years. Eva will be remembered for her ongoing pursuit of knowledge, her engaging intellect, her high expectations and her love of beauty. She would express a special thanks to the medical staff and caregivers at Bella for their kind and sensitive care. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 24, 2006 from 7pm to 9pm at JAMES L. PEDLAR FUNERAL HOME, 1292 Pelham Street, Fonthill, Ontario.
