STEWART, Scott Wayne - Peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Monday, August 21, 2006 at the age of 41. Beloved son of Wayne Stewart and his companion Eleanor Reid of St. Catharines and Darlene Harris and her husband Calvin of Niagara Falls. Dear brother of Tami Chieca and her husband Vince and Chris Stewart and his wife Daniela all of Niagara Falls. Scott will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews Chelsea, Natalie, Nikki and Christopher. Thank you to all the attending physicians especially Dr. Broski, the dialysis nurses and the ICU nurses at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Special thank you to Christine for you compassion and friendship to our family during this difficult time. As per Scott's request a private memorial service will take place.
