STRANG, Amanda “Mandy Bear“ - Unexpectedly and tragically on Friday, August 18th, 2006 at the age of 13. Cherished daughter of Rob and Judy Strang and devoted sister of Shawn (Sheena), John (Jen) and Andrew. Cherished niece of Tim and Jen, Rick and Laura and Thomas. Much loved aunt of Shane, Emma and Hannah. She will be forever missed by her grandparents Tom and Ena, Gord and Judy and Jim and Pat. She was a student at Prince of Wales Public School and will be missed greatly by her many friends and classmates. Amanda enjoyed line-dancing, swimming, bowling and was your typical “having fun kid“. Her smile and laughter is what will be remembered the most. Amanda's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Tuesday, August 22nd from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A funeral service to celebrate Amanda's life will take place on Wednesday, August 23rd at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 359 Grantham Avenue at 11 am. Cremation will follow. If desired, memorial donations to the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children would be greatly appreciated by the family.
