BODSON, Léo Paul - The family announces with sorrow, his sudden death in Sudbury, Thursday, August 17th, 2006 at the age of 84 years. Son of the late Arthur and of the late Florida (née Lalonde) Bodson. Beloved husband of Lucienne Bodson (née Carrière) of Val Caron. Loving father of Lucien Bodson (late Émilie) of Hanmer, Denis Bodson (Barbara) of Sudbury, Paulette Lalonde (Marcel) and Gaetan Bodson (Valerie) all of Val Caron, Daniel Bodson (Marlene) and Lilliane Kilgamon (Yvon) all of Val Thérèse, and Nicole Landry (Bernard) of Timmins. Dear brother of Noëlla Carrière (Noël) and Rita Lafleur (late Émanuel) both of Hamilton. Predeceased by his sister Jeannette Savignac (late Roland). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his 16 grandchildren, his 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Bodson was retired from Inco Ltd. Léo Paul was deeply involved in his parish and in his community during his early years. He was a former member of the school board, a former municipal counsellor for 14 years and a long time member of Notre-Dame de l'Espérance Church now known as Ste-Marguerite D'Youville Church. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, council 9922, Notre-Dame du Rosaire, Blezard Valley. He will be sadly missed by his loving family and all who knew him. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570 St-Joseph Street, HANMER, Sunday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday August 21st, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in Ste-Marguerite d'Youville Church, Val Thérèse. 10305410 Saturday, August 19, 2006
