BARLOW, Sybil - Passed peacefully at the Welland County General Hospital on August 20, 2006 at the age of 87. Predeceased by her husband James (2005). Loving mother to Doreen Finley, and her step-children Carole Barlow and Diane Blais. Sybil will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Susan Finley, Karen Collinson and Alain Breton and great grandchildren. Survived by her sisters Muriel Cropper, Madeleine Coates and Mildred Ross. Also survived by her many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her parents Moral and Rhea, her sister Geraldine Harrison and brother Dwight Coates. The family will receive friends at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22. A funeral service will be held in the Armstrong Chapel on Wednesday, August 23 at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Fonthill.
