PIATKOWSKI (BULANDA), Walter - Son of the late Stanley and Sabina Piatkowski, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Thursday, August 3, 2006 at the age of 75. He will be sadly missed by his wife Marjorie; by his children Jeanne Marie Bobzien, Elizabeth Sabina, Walter John Jr. (Mary), Theresa Ann (Jeff Covell), Mary Jo Traversone (John), Donald Stanley (Janice), Christine Maria and Jaime Joseph. Cherished grandfather of 14, and great- grandfather of 3. Brother of Estelle (Mike) Martin, Mary (late Henry) Jawor, the late Helen (late Stan) Rydzewski, Josephine (Jack) Morrison, Stanley (Mary Lou) Bulanda, Joseph (Carmelita) Bulanda, the late Cyril (late Valerie) Piatkowski Bulanda, Edward (Sheila) Bulanda, John Bulanda, Veronica (late Chet) Szalecki, Rita (Chet) Ross, Janet (Casey) Van Zytveld, Anthony (Alice) Bulanda and the late Raymond Bulanda. The family will receive friends at J.J. PATTERSON & SONS FUNERAL RESIDENCE, 19 Young Street, Welland on Sunday from 2-4 pm, where a Vigil service will be held at 3:30 pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Parish Community of St. Kevin on Monday at 10 am. Cremation to follow.
