Loving husband of Margaret Rutley (nee Lalonde). Dear father of Cecile (Steve) Payne of Val Caron and Arthur (Kim) Dube of Kitchener. Dear brother of Winston of Calgary, Lyle (Nancy) of Long Sault, Melba (Ray) Singleton of Myrtle Beach, Anne Runions of Long Sault, and Willie (Rose) of Ingleside. Dwayne will be fondly remembered by grandchildren Natasha and Jonathon Payne, and Madison Dube. Predeceased by a daughter Linda Dube, his parents Hugh and Sarah Rutley (nee Brown), a sister Hughena Russell, and a brother Bryce Rutley. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home, Williamsburg, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Williamsburg United Church on Thursday, August 3rd at 11 a.m., followed by cremation.
