OBITUARY STANLEY GERE DANIEL At the K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, on Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at the age of ninety-three years. Beloved husband of Amy (Emma) for sixty-six years. Cherished father of Barbara (the late George Foster), Brian Daniel and Shirley Bewick (Allan). Survived by grandchildren Bruce Foster (Josie), Ian Foster, Neil Foster (Tanya), Wayne Bewick, Jeffrey Bewick, Laura Bewick, Meghan Ross-Daniel and great-grandchildren Adam Foster, Michael Foster and Justin Foster. Stanley retired from the Canadian National Railway and he was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 50. At Stanley's request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate Stanley's life will be held at the Waterloo North Presbyterian Church, 685 Highpoint Avenue (at the corner of Northfield, Waterloo), on Friday, August 4, 2006 at 2 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation may be made by calling the Westmount Funeral Chapel at 519-743-8900.
