PATERSON, Francis "Frank" Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, at home, in Kingston, with his family by his side, on Monday, July 31, 2006 at the age of 77 years. Beloved husband for 57 years of Marcy (Kenopic). Predeceased by his daughter Susan (1998). Loving father of Arthur (Diana), Rick (Gail), Doug (Tina), Jeff (Laurie), Frank (Carol) and Jack (Shelley). Loved grandfather of 13 and great-grandfather of 8. Also survived by his brother Ted (Janet) of Winnipeg, and sisters Constance Dean (late Bob) of Cornwall, Ann Munro (late Howard) of London, Helen Osier (Conroy) of Florida. Frank was the youngest Grand Knight of (3rd Degree) Knights of Columbus Council #1387 in Sudbury. Frank enjoyed a lengthy career in Management including Radio and Television Stations in Cornwall, Sudbury, Moncton and Montreal as well as management of malls across Canada. Friends will be received at the Township Chapel of Gordon F. Tompkins, 435 Davis Drive (Taylor Kidd Blvd. at Centennial Drive), Kingston on Saturday, August 5, from 2-4 p.m. A family interment service will be held in Renfrew at a later date. For those wishing, memorial donations to St. Elizabeth Health Care would be greatly appreciated. Relatives and friends are invited to sign the Book of Condolences at www.gftompkins-township.ca .
