Loving grandpa to Matthew and Stephen Chiarelli, Tazio, Luca and Lola Bigioni. Brother of Marcia, Ross (Shirley), Frank (Marg), Mary (Gerry Venier), Dick (Joan) and Bob. Predeceased by his parents Eugenio and Antonia Chiarelli and by his sister Rita. Pat will be sadly missed by two special people, Sue Chiarelli and Dr. Len Faye.
