
GIROUX, Emile Albert RCAF Veteran WWII "Safely home" on Friday, August 11, 2006. Predeceased by his first wife, Doris Hutchings, sisters Florence Campbell, Mildred Curry and Mable at infancy. Survived by his wife, Lois Johnson (nee Oliver), daughter Lydia Skanes (Don), son David, sisters Pearl Patterson, Velma McNicol (George), Norma Havens (Bob), Jean Houston, brothers Gerald, Henri, Bob (Pauline) and step-children John Johnson (Cherry), Carol Kilgour, Lyle Johnson (Betsy), Gordon Johnson (Lorraine), 11 step-grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Emile will be truly missed by all. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Metropolitan Bible Church, 453 Bank Street at Gladstone, Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery.
