Husband of the late Marjorie Clark. Loved father of Marilyn (Bob) Burch of Perth, Alan (Lynn) of R.R. #3, Lanark, Valerie (Bob) Gemmill of Sydenham and Karen (Dan) Sisty of R.R. #3, Lanark. Predeceased by infant son William Kevin Umpherson. Loved by 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Earl Umpherson, Esther Jackson, Irene Spence and Charles Umpherson and the late Gladys Miller and Dorothy Ireton. Friends may pay their respects at the Perth & District Funeral Home Chapel and Reception Centre 15 Victoria Street, Perth on Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, August 18, 2006 at 2 p.m. Interment White's Cemetery, Poland at a later date.
