BURKE, Elva (McNeill) Passed away peacefully on August 17, aged ninety-three after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Elva was predeceased by her husband John, son Kevin, and grand-son David Roy. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Terry (Lynn), Bonnie (Pat Roy) and Beverly. She will also be deeply missed by grandchildren: Vicki, Carolyn and Neil Burke; Christa and Shauna Burke; Jennifer Roy, as well as nine great-grandchildren especially Angelica, whose care helped Elva through many difficult times. Elva is remembered for her love of life sense of humor and devotion to family. A memorial service to celebrate the gift of Elva's life will be held at a later day.Sincere thanks to the staff of the Bay View and all those who eased Elva's path over the past ten years.
