
LARGAN, Lynda. Passed away peacefully at the Jewish General Hospital after a courageous battle with breast cancer on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at the age of fifty-four. Lynda touched the lives of her family along with many friends and colleagues throughout her life and illness. Always smiling and giving others inspiration to live strong and to never give up hope. She will be forever loved and never forgotten by her husband Dave Fisher. Loving mother of Wayne, Kevin (Kyla), Tracy and Colleen. Cherished by her grandchildren Spencer and Riley. Beloved sister of Doug (Sue), Kathy, Sheila (Jimmy) and Sharon. She will be missed by her nieces and nephews, friends and colleagues of Mount Royal Cemetery where she worked for sixteen years. Visitation will take place at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex, 1297 Chemin de la Foret, Outremont (514) 279-6540 on Tuesday, August 22 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. as well as on Wednesday, August 23 starting at 9 a.m. Service will take place on Wednesday, August 23 at 11 a.m. in the Outremont chapel of the complex. The family would like to thank the staff of the palliative care team at the J.G.H. and, on behalf of Lynda, a very special thank you to Sonia who in Lynda's final weeks was a precious Godsend who always found the time to check in and help her in any way she could, even through her own difficult time.
