OBITUARY SARA LUKIC SUBOTIC 1943 - 2006 After a year long battle with cancer, she passed away peacefully and courageously on August 18, 2006 with her family by her side. A proud member of the Circle of Sisters in the Serbian community with many involvements in her church. She was the beloved wife of V. Rev. Zivorad Subotic. Loving mother of Milan and Mihailo Subotic. Cherished sister of Mara, Stanko and Nedo. Predeceased by her parents: Pajo and Jovanka, and four sisters: Petra, Jela, Stana, and Joka. She will be greatly missed by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews in Serbian and Republika Srpska/BiH. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Serbian Orthodox Church at 349 Melville Ave. in Westmount on Monday, August 21 from 5 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday, August 22 from 5 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2006 at 1 p.m. at the Holy Transfiguration Serbian Monastery at 7470 McNiven Rd., R.R.#3 in Campbellville, Ontario. The family wishes to thank: the Oncology team at the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital, the staff at CLSC Metro, with a very special thanks to nurse Sara Belanger for all her help and support, Dr. Ivanka Pilic, along with all the members of the Serbian community for their love and kindness.
