ANDERSON, Kathleen. Peacefully on Saturday, August 19, 2006. Survived by her husband Winston Purdy, daughter Allison, sister Patricia, brothers-in-law Gilbert Fearnall and Frank Bomersback, mother-in-law Eileen Purdy, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Marion and Georgina. Kay touched the lives of many people through her singing and teaching. Special thanks to the staff at the CHSLD Vigi Reine Elizabeth for their compassionate care. Funeral service will be held at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Blvd. des Sources, Dollard des Ormeaux (514-685-3344) on Thursday, August 24 at 2 p.m. Visitation at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the McGill Conservatory of Music Scholarship Fund in memory of Kathleen Anderson.
