CURTIN, Margaret Teresa Born May 25th, 1932 in Ottawa, Margaret Teresa Curtin passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Tuesday, August 22nd, 2006. Survived by her three daughters, Brenda Lawton (nee Villeneuve), Suzanne Villeneuve and Michele Villeneuve and her former spouse Harry Villeneuve. She will also be sadly missed by her two grandchildren Hannah and Willem Martin and sons-in-law, Bill Lawton and Sylvain Desjeans. Predeceased by her parents, Jane Legree and John (Jack) Curtin and her siblings, John Curtin-Longville, Mary Ste Marie, Patricia Riddell, Neil Curtin and Leona Curtin. The family would very much like to thank the wonderful team in the Intensive Care Unit at the Ottawa Civic Hospital for their kindness and compassion in caring for their mother this past six weeks. A Service in Memory of Margaret will be held Sunday, August 27, 2006 in the Chapel at the Kelly Funeral Home, 585 Somerset Street (centretown) at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa Civic Hospital-Intensive Care Unit would be appreciated.
