WOODALL Russell B. On May 2, 2006, Russell B. Woodall passed away in Leduc surrounded by his loving family to be with his Savior, Jesus Christ, after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 52. He will forever be remembered and loved by his wife and soulmate, Karen, his devoted son Brian (Cheryl) and his caring daughter Kimberley van Steenis (Kevin). He is also survived by his mother, Dorothy Woodall; his sisters, Suzette Miller (Bill), Lana Jones (Martin), Cheryl Hendry (Jim) and Pamela Hilton; his adoring father-in-law, William Loblaw; his sisters-in-law, Donna Sturgeon (Mark) and Maureen Mitton (Randy); along with many nieces and nephews. Russ will also be greatly missed by many other close family members, friends, and colleagues from Staples No. 150. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Winnifred Woodall; his father Robert Woodall; and his mother-in-law, Beatrice Loblaw. A Celebration of Russell's Life will be held on Friday, May 5, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Leduc Family Worship Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church in support of Children's Ministries (4310 Black Gold Drive, Leduc, AB T9E 3C3).
