He was a life long employee of INCO, having retired from the Transportation Department in Copper Cliff in 1984 after 42 years of service with the Company. He was ever a caring husband and father, and throughout all of his working years, and many years of enjoyed retirement, his love for the outdoors, including fishing, hunting, gardening, and mushroom picking, as well as watching curling and just puttering about engaged him. He is so sadly missed by family and all those who came to know him, and his unique approach to and perspective upon life, which he was only too glad to share with those around him. The wishes and thoughts of all friends have been greatly appreciated and the family gives many thanks to his attending physician and all the caring staff at Extendicare Falconbrdige who helped Dad in his later years and tended to him during his last days. He rests now, with God.
