CALFORD, Eleanor (nee Makela) - In loving memory of Eleanor (nee Makela), 91 years, who passed away on Friday, June 9th, 2006 at the Extendicare - Falconbridge, Sudbury. Beloved wife of Keith Calford predeceased 1998, loving mother of Ken (Beverley) of Sudbury and Ross (Grace) of St. Catharines. Cherished grandmother of Jenni Calford - Binks (Matt), Jeff Calford, Nathan Calford (Nicole), Timothy Calford (Jennifer) and Sarah Calford and great grandchild Emily. Dear daughter of Kalle and Maria Makela predeceased. Dear sister of Gertie Rodda, Hilda Cullen, Helen Mabley, Carl, Eino and Lauri Makela all predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. A long time Grassy Lake Road resident. Eleanor had been a faithful member of the Naughton Congregational Church. Memorial Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Friday, June 16th, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
