KINSELLA, Florence - In loving memory of Florence “Floss“ Kinsella (nee Kane), 92 years, who passed away Friday, June 16th, 2006 at the SRH - Laurentian Site. Beloved wife of the late Nicholas “Nick“ Kinsella predeceased 1994. Loving mother of Tom Kane (wife Anne) both predeceased, Douglas (wife Sharon), Dermott “Derm“ (wife JoAnne), Florence Girard (husband Ken Robertson) all of Sudbury, Marilyn Steklasa (husband Mark), Gwen Ethier (husband Bob) all of Azilda and Jane St. Amour (husband Ron) of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of 18 grandchildren, Bryanne, Jamey, Kelly (partner Pamela), Jamie (wife Dana), Devin (fiancée Christine), Renee (fiancé Marty), Ryan, Adrienne (partner Brian), Mark, Ron (wife Lisa), Jacqueline (fiancé Charlie), Michael, Carol (fiancé Jeff), Nicholas, Tommy (wife Katherine), Rick (wife Denise), Doug (wife Janet), Joanne (husband Jim), Bob (wife Eileen), Elaine, and Marg (husband Jeff) and 18 great grandchildren. Dear daughter of the late Sylvester and Elizabeth Mary (Reed) Kane both predeceased. Dear sister of Kathleen, Nel, Tom, and Sylvester all predeceased. The family wishes to thank the staff of Finlandia Koti for the exceptional care of Florence and to Flossy's girls. Florence “Floss“ Kinsella (nee Kane) passed away peacefully June 16th, 2006 surrounded by her beloved family. Loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Floss immigrated to Canada from Newfoundland in 1949. She was a devoted parishioner of Holy Redeemer Church, demonstrating unshakable faith. She was a lifelong member of the C.W.L. as well as a member of the Sunshine Club. Known for her zest for life, Floss was a kind and gentle soul who touched the lives of all those who were fortunate enough to meet her genuine hospitality, she welcomed all guests into her home while entertaining them with her quick wit and unique sense of humour. Both a candid and caring individual, Floss never missed an opportunity to seek out the good in people. She leaves behind a rich legacy of love, compassion and integrity. Our Mom will be most deeply missed. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Funeral Mass in Holy Redeemer Church, 1887 Bancroft Dr., Tuesday, June 20th, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in the Civic Memorial Cemetery.
