
POLIQUIN, Dan - In loving memory of Dan Poliquin 72 years who passed away Thursday, June 22nd, 2006 at the SRH - St. Joseph's Health Center. Beloved husband of Helene (Trahan) Poliquin predeceased 1994. Special friend to Lise Herdman of Sudbury. Loving father of Yvonne (husband Glen Suffern) of Blind River, Pierre (wife Yvonne) of Sudbury, Daniel Jr., Michael, and Suzanne (husband Edward Harel) all of Dubreuilville. Cherished grandfather of Shane, Michel, Peter, Marie-Eve, Raphaelle, Emilie, Christopher, Sarah, Natasha, Jacob, Catherine and great grandchildren Travis and Brandon. Dear son of Pete and Jesse (Folz) Poliquin predeceased. Dear brother of Rev. Sister Madeleine Poliquin of Filles de la Sagess, Denlina Brennan of Calgary, Patricia Laseak of Elliot Lake, Jeannette Laur predeceased Leonard (wife Pat) of Sault Ste. Marie, Joseph (wife Irma) of Iron Bridge and John (friend Lee) of Terrace Bay. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Dan had been a diesel mechanic for many years retiring in 1995. He had been a post Grand Knight and life member of the Knights of Columbus in Dubreuilville. He had been a keen volunteer for the Canadian Cancer Society. In younger years he enjoyed outdoor activities and he spent many happy times at the camp in Dubreuilville. Dan was devoted to his loving family. Memorial Service in the R.J. BARNARD CHAPEL, JACKSON AND BERNARD FUNERAL HOME 233 Larch St. Sudbury, Wednesday, June 28th, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation.
