MILLER Amy Isabel (nee Strawson) 1916 - 2006 On June 28, 2006, Amy passed away at Chinook Hospice, Calgary. Amy was predeceased by her husband, Rev. Herman Miller and infant daughter, Edith. Amy was born at Bon Accord, AB and graduated as an RN from Edmonton General Hospital. She lived and worked as a nurse and minister's wife in several communities throughout Alberta, eventually residing in Carstairs, Alberta. Amy touched many lives and she will be missed by all who knew her. Amy is survived by children, Barbara (Bruce) Pendergast, Penny (David) Hewko and Bill (Helen) Miller; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She also leaves her brother Irwin (Mae) Strawson, sister-in-law Alice Strawson and many nieces and nephews who had a special relationship with Auntie Amy.
