PICARD, Dorothy (née Borton) - The family announces with sorrow her death, Friday June 30th, 2006, in Sudbury, at the age of 83 years. Daughter of the late Nicholas and of the late Georgina (née Ouellette) Borton. Wife of the late Jean Paul Picard and of the late Bernard Cusack. Loving mother of Paul (Nancy) of Garson and Nicci Simms (Rob) of Sudbury. Special grammie to Michael, James, Danielle and Courtney. Dear sister of Robert of Gore Bay, Harold of Thunder Bay, Vernon of Sudbury and Mary Hollingsworth of Surrey, BC. Predeceased by her brothers George, John, Herman, Peter, Bernard and Raymond. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Dorothy will always be remembered for her sense of humour and love of her children and grandchildren, the Picard family and her extended family and friends at the St- Joseph's Villa. She was especially proud of her grandchildren and their accomplishments. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd., East (at Notre- Dame), Sudbury, Monday from 2-5 & 7- 9:30pm. A funeral service will be held Tuesday July 4th, 2006 at 10:30am in the chapel of the Co-Operative Funeral Home, Sudbury.
