RIUTTA, Arlene Ellen (nee Germa) - In loving memory of Arlene Ellen (nee Germa) Riutta, 72 years, of Copper Cliff, who passed away Monday, July 3rd, 2006 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - Laurentian Site. She was born in Copper Cliff and married Victor Riutta in 1963 in Copper Cliff. A well respected and well liked life resident of Copper Cliff, Arlene was an dedicated member of Copper Cliff United Church. She was the church secretary, a 25 years member of the U.C.W. and active in the church's ministries and fellowship. Arlene enjoyed travelling, curling, gofing and bocce. The focus of her life was her loving family in whom she took interest and pride in their activities and accomplishments. Beloved wife of Victor Riutta predeceased 1988. Loving mother of Mary-Ellen (husband Randy Pascal) of Sudbury, Peter (wife Christine) of Barrie and Michael (wife Christine) of Copper Cliff. Cherished grandmother of Kristyn, Mark, Stephanie, Evan, Andrew, Matthew, Brandon and Victoria. Dear daughter of Peter and Ellen (Antilla) Germa predeceased. Dear sister of Evelyn Fox, Iola Mellor, Bud Germa, Barbara Duncan and Lloyd Germa all predeceased. Special sister-in-law to Carol Germa and Chalres Toth. Sadly missed by nieces and nephews. Dear companion of Mike Skirda predeceased. Dear friend to Susan Thompson of Sudbury. Memorial Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury, Friday, July 7th, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. In lieu of flowers donations to the Copper Cliff United Church Memorial Fund or Northeastern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
