Katie's family wish to express their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to nurses Peggy, Elaine, Michelle, Kim and many others along with a team of doctors who cared for her with dignity, respect and compassion. Also a special thanks to the Hope Foundation for guiding us gently through the organ donation program so Katie's wishes could be honored in giving her personal gift of life to others.
