ERLETZ Frederick 1934 - 2006 It is with great sadness the family of Frederick Erletz announces his passing at the age of 72 years on Sunday, July 16, 2006 in Calgary. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of forty-eight years, Mary; his children, Robert (Sandra), Barb (Brian) Magill, Barry (Karen), Brenda (Brant) Nelson, and Wendy (Shawn) MacDiarmid; his grandchildren, Leona, Shaun, Marty, Melissa, Tyler, Jamie, Andrew, Derek, Dustin, Kyle, Samantha, Cody, Duncan and Tena; and his two sisters, Lynne Cassidy of White Rock, BC and Ann (Vern) Whittles of Prince Rupert, BC. Frederick served in the Princess Patricia Light Infantry for twenty-seven-and-one-half years. After retiring from the Service, he worked at Canadian Tire for seventeen years as the Warehouse Manager. Frederick had a love of camping and bowling and enjoyed spending time with his family and watching his grandchildren play their sports. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Forest Lawn Branch. Special thanks to Drs. Coderre, Bryant and Hughes and all the staff on Unit 43 at Peter Lougheed Hospital.
