LEUSCHEN, Monica (nee Keast) - In loving memory of Monica (nee Keast) Leuschen, 83 years, who passed away Saturday, July 29th, 2006 at St. Joseph's Villa surrounded by her loving family and her favorite music. Beloved wife of Edwin Leuschen predeceased 1993. Loving mother of Rosemarie (Tom Tammi), Leonard and Louise (Henri Aubin) all of Sudbury, Joanne of Toronto, Hugh (Steve) of Calgary, Tim of Toronto, Ben (Darren) of Brampton, Martin (Lori) of Lively and Janet (Mark Peace) of Kitchener. Cherished grandmother of Sarah, Shaun, Amanda, Jessica, Jenny, Corey, Travis, Allison, Brandon; and great grandchildren Daphnee and Blake. Dear daughter of Harold and Gertrude (Shannon) Keast predeceased. Dear sister of Clarence (Annabelle) both predeceased, Harold (Jean) both predeceased, John predeceased (Peggy of Sudbury) and George (Theresa) of Sudbury. Sadly missed by nieces and nephews. Monica was born in Creighton and moved to Copper Cliff at age 3. A devout Roman Catholic she was a life member of the C.W.L. at St. Patrick's Church. She had a great appreciation for music, in particular classical and easy listening selections. In younger years, she enjoyed knitting, crocheting, needlepoint and reading. She will be remembered as a very happy person with a wonderful smile that inspired others. Monica was devoted to her loving family. Memorial Mass in St. Patrick's Church, 39 Walford Rd., Sudbury, Wednesday, August 2nd, 2006 at 10 a.m. Cremation with interment in the family plot at the Sudbury Catholic Cemetery. Donations to the Soup Kitchen or St. Joseph's Villa Foundation would be appreciated. (Friends may gather at the church after 9:45 a.m. Wednesday).
