Wilbert James Brown (World War II Veteran), founder and owner of “Cornwall Collision Services”, formerly of 1414 Montreal Road; age 85 years. Beloved husband of the late Lucienne (Besner) Brown. Dear son of the late William Brown and the late Elizabeth Farrell. Predeceased by 5 brothers Farrell, Irvin, Stewart (late Grace), Allan and Neil Brown and sister Anita Feader. Dear brother -in-law of Muriel Brown (Allan) of Westport, Ontario, Pauline Brown (Irvin), Marilyn Brown (Neil), Annette Marion (Edgar), Noella Jalbert (Roland), Jean-Paul Besner (Marion), Madeleine Miron (Hubert) all of Cornwall and Gilberte Besner (Euclide) of Long Sault. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Resting at the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First Street East (613-933-2841) from 2 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral Thursday August 10, 2006 for Mass of Christian Burial in St. Columban’s Church at 10 a.m. followed by Cremation. The family will be in attendance from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday and from 8:30 a.m. until time of Funeral on Thursday. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
