WRIGHT, Olive, Fern, (nee Pollock) - In loving memory of Olive, Fern Wright (nee Pollock) who passed away peacefully Wednesday morning August 9th, 2006 at Pioneer Manor, Sudbury, after her loving family expressed their love and farewell. She was born in Keswick and married Dougal Wright in 1937 in Toronto. A longtime Lively resident Olive had been a member of Trinity United Church and previously lived many years in Levack and attended St. John's United Church. She taught adult education, sewing classes in Lively and Levack. She was an accomplished seamstress who enjoyed knitting and sewing. Olive will be remembered as a dedicated and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Beloved wife of Dougal Wright of Sudbury. Loving mother of Peggy (husband Murray Matheson) of Copper Cliff and Thomas (wife Yvette) of Lively. Cherished grandmother of Tom (wife Paola), Robert (wife Emily), David (wife Kim), Patty (husband Dan), Chantal (husband John), Nicole (husband Scott), and 13 great grandchildren. Dear daughter of Richard and Almeda (Piper) Pollock predeceased. Dear sister of Lena Riddell, Mary Morrison and Irwin Pollock, all predeceased. Dear aunt to Bob, Betty, Cathy and Shirley. Resting at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury. Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, Friday, August 11th, 2006 at 12:00 noon. Interment in the Waters Cemetery at 2 p.m. Donations to the Sudbury Regional Hospital - Heart Equipment Fund or Pioneer Manor Residents Council would be appreciated.
