RUSSELL, DANA - Dana Edward Russell, born April 21, 1950 passed away peacefully in Saint John Thursday, August 31, 2006 after a brief battle with kidney cancer. He is the son of the late Douglas and Gladys (Loughery) Russell. Dana is survived by his wife of 30 years, Nancy (Gogan); son, Ryan; daughter-in-law, Melissa; brothers, Dale (Eileen Walton), Doug (Cheryl Steele); sister, Debbie Rose (Dave); several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Dana was a Sales Representative for Atlantic Cash and Carry for 23 years. Being an avid outdoorsman, Dana enjoyed four wheeling, fishing and hunting with his close buddies, Dave Greene, Bob Wong and Charlie Cain. Dana was a member of the IPP Gun Club and the IPP Mixed Bowling League. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 3, 2006 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, September 4, 2006 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Castle Funeral Home "Fallsview" Chapel, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Castle Funeral Home "Fallsview" Chapel. Dana's final resting place will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
