
Audrey Glenda Balser 1914-2006 SACKVILLE, NB - The death of Audrey Glenda (Estabrooks) Balser, age 92, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2006 at the Sackville Memorial Hospital. Born on April 24, 1914, on Brooklyn Road, NB, she was the daughter of the late Maude Althea (Hicks) and Arthur Earl Estabrooks. Audrey was a member of the Main Street Baptist Church in Sackville, NB. She was a faithful wife and mother and took great pride in being a homemaker for her family. Audrey will be sadly missed by her sons, John (Jack) Walter Balser of Moncton, NB and Allan Embert Balser of Point de Bute, NB; three daughters, Patricia Ann (Clair) Wheaton of Sackville, NB, Ruth Geraldine Balser of Amherstburg, ON, and Katherine Lynn (Gordon) Whitten of Sackville, NB; one sister Neta MacKenzie of Nanaimo, BC; nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Embert Balser; two brothers, Abner Estabrooks and Frank Estabrooks; and three sisters, Ruby Estabrooks, Adeline (Lina) Estabrooks, and Susan Cole. Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell's Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, NB (506) 364-8188. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2006 from 7 to 9 pm at Campbell's Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place at the Cambell's Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at 3 pm with Rev. Phillip C. Wheaton officiating. Interment will take place in the Sackville Cemetery. A time of tea and fellowship will be shared following the burial at Campbell's Funeral Home.
