MOORE, DOUGLAS MICHAEL - The death of Douglas Michael Moore of Manitoba, occurred by motor vehicle accident on Wednesday, September 13, 2006, at the age of 44. Born in Saint John, he was a son of the late Malcolm & Shirley (McDonald) Moore. Dougie spent his life passionately involved in the Harness Racing Industry. He is survived by his companion, Sherry Holmes, three brothers James (Barb), William (Kim) both of Saint John and Gerald Moore of Alberta. One sister Marlene Sullivan (Barry) also of Saint John, along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Dougie was predeceased by his sister Judy DeSouza and his brother Gary Moore. Following cremation and service in Winnipeg, Saint John Funeral arrangements to be announced at a later date. [The Telegraph-Journal]
