MOORE, JOHN A. - Passed away in the Edmundston Regional Hospital, Sept. 27, 2006, at 88 years and 2 months. Born July 14, 1918, he was the son of the late Norman E. Moore and the late Pauline McKecknie from Saint John, NB. Predeceased by his wife, Sheila Smith, he is survived by his two sons: Norman B. (Venise) from Fredericton and Bruce (Dale) from Saint John, four grand-daughters: Jessica Hulsman of Vancouver, BC; Katherine Moore of Whistler; Joanna of Saint John and Samantha of Halifax. He is also survived by two sisters: Elizabeth Bonnell and Norma Trueman both from Saint John. The funeral Service will be held Saturday September 30 at 1:00PM in the J.B. Côté & Fils funeral home, 160 Church Street, Edmundston. Mr. Moore was a well known businessman in the area. Donations to the charity of the donor's choice will be appreciated by the family.
