HAGARTY, Mary McVittie (Davidson) - Peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, on Saturday, September 2, 2006. Loving mother of Doreen (Bob) Stewart and Eileen (Shaun) Hennessy. Dear grandmother of Shelley (Blaine), Bobby (Louisa), Lisa, Shannon (James), Andrea, Jackie, Sue, Teddy, Betty Ann and Sam. Great-grandmother of Mandy (Barry), Courtny, Cooper and Spencer and other great-grandchildren; beloved great-great- grandmother of MacKenzie. Survived by her brother Tom Ellis and nephew Robert Ellis. Mary was a longtime active member of St. Giles Presbyterian Church, choir member and story-teller. Special thanks to the compassionate staff of the I.C.U. and Unit C at the Greater Niagara General Hospital. At Mary's request cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Giles Presbyterian Church, 205 Linwell Rd., on Thursday, September 7, 2006 at 11 a.m. Donations may be made to Hospice Niagara.
