Prescille was a very active mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, camping, playing bingo, knitting and playing cards. She will be remembered by her children and grandchildren for the many meals she cooked and the many socks and mittens she knitted and they still wear. In her younger days, she was involved in church tea bazaars, working long hours in the kitchen. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. “Good-bye my family, my life is past. I loved you all to the very last. Weep not for me, but courage take. Love each other, for my sake. For those you love don't go away. They walk beside you every day.” Many thanks to the 3rd floor staff at Extendicare Falconbridge, for the professional care our Mom has received. The family will receive friends at the CO- OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd., E., (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Thursday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday November 14th, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Dominique Church, Sudbury.
