TURNER, Anne Verna (Moran) 89 years, Peacefully on July 8, 2004 at Huron Lodge. Beloved wife of the late Alvin Turner (1987). Daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Moran. Predeceased by older brother George Moran (1985) and younger sister Rose Hensley (2003). Survived by sister-in-law Bernice Moran (Windsor), nephews Rick Moran and wife Carol Liddy, Windsor; Leon Hensley, Alexandria, Indiana and Wayne Hensley, Markleville, Indiana. Great aunt to Shane, Debbie, Skyler and Harmony, Trent and Jillian. Also great great aunt to James. Anne was a life long and cherished friend to Ivy Ferguson of Calgary. Anne was born and raised in Tiny, Sask., and in her young adult days was an elementary school teacher there in a one room school house. She moved to Windsor with her family in 1937 and later retired from Champion Spark Plug after more than 30 years service. Anne was a long time member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. The family wishes to thank the staff of Huron Lodge, Oak Park Terrace and Hotel Dieu Hospital for their outstanding Care and especially Arlene King and Dr. Greenaway. Visiting in the Walter D. Kelly Funeral Home and Cremation Centre 1969 Wyandotte S. E., for one hour before the service. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, July 10, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Loach officiating. Interment Victoria Memorial Cemetery
