PILON, Paul Armand June 8, 1935 to May 30, 2004, With sadness we announce the sudden passing of Paul Armand Pilon at the age of 68 on May 30, 2004. He was born June 8, 1935 in Bapaume, SK. He is predeceased by his father Leon, mother Marie-Jeanne and brother Gilbert (Sandra). He is lovingly missed and will always be remembered by his wife Bernice; children Robert, Harvey (Lavern), Judy (Len), Carrol, Lori (Jim); and 11 grandchildren; siblings Berthe, Norbert (Olga), Louis (Esther), Cecile (Lee), Raymond (Blenda). Paul met his bride Bernice in 1952, while they were neighbours living in Spiritwood, SK. They were married May 17, 1958 at the Spiritwood Free Methodist Church. Paul greatly enjoyed playing cards and board games with his grandchildren, family and friends, both at home and at their cabin at Chitek Lake, SK. He was an amateur radio operator and an avid fisherman who also enjoyed model aircrafts, computers and music. Paul worked for 11 years at International Harvester and 23 years with the Saskatchewan Department of Highways until his retirement. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, 1:00 PM, June 3, 2004 at Westgate Alliance Church, 3315 Centennial Drive, S7L 6V4, with internment to be held at a later date.
