CHOQUETTE _It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and greatgrandfather. Roland Joseph (Chuck) of Calgary, AB passed away at St. Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon, SK with 25 family members by his side on June 25, 2004. Roland was born July 28, 1925 in Leask, SK. He will be sadly missed by his loving, wife, companion, care-giver and friend Nancy; his brother, Robert (Adrienne) Choquette of Kamloops, BC; and his sister, Cecil Brock of Calgary, AB; his seven daughters, Patricia (Doug) Mongovius of Saskatoon, SK, Lorene (Marlon) Matteis of Midway, BC, Debbie (Craig) of Saskatoon, SK, Jackie (Trevor) of Thompson, MB, Cindy (Floyd) of Saskatoon, SK, Valerie Leedahl of Calgary, AB, Karen (Glen) McMahon of Grandora, SK; fifteen treasured grandchildren and two beautiful greatgrandchildren. Roland previously resided in Cranbrook where he was president of the Knights of Columbus, an active member in A.C.T./U.C.T. and a volunteer of the Cranbrook Food Bank. He thoroughly enjoyed socializing with friends and family and looked forward to his daily coffee rituals. He was an inspiration to all and touched the hearts of so many. Our "Rock " will be sadly missed. A Memorial Service will be held at Martens Funeral Home in Warman, SK at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2004. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Arrangements are in care of MARTENS WARMAN FUNERAL HOME (934-4888)
