LYONS, Zoe In hospital, Monday, December 13, 2004, the day after her 83rd birthday, Zoe Adelaide Constance Lyons (nee Smallhorn), after a two year struggle without her Babs. Cherished wife of the late Charles Lyons. Zoe leaves behind her three daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Jimmy (Hudson, Quebec), Susan and Steve (Hubley, Nova Scotia) and Cathy and Phil (Stittsville). She was the proud grandmother of Steve Tremblay, Lucie Tremblay (Rod Marshall), Christina Belding, Stephanie Belding and Grace Chapman and the proud great-grandmother of Julien Charles Tremblay-Marshall. Special friend of Joan White. Zoe's family wish to thank Drs. MacDonald, Barber, Potoczny, Oliver, Choudhri and Isserlin for their continuing care over the past two years. A very special thank you to the nurses of the Geriatric Assessment Unit at QCH, particularly Val, Kathy, Kathie, Leah, Cathie, Tara and Cathy who took such gentle and loving care of her during her final days. A gathering for family and friends will take place Thursday, December 16, 2004 from 4 to 6 p.m. at 11 Dew Gate, Stittsville, Ontario. A Mass in Memory will be held at a later date. Interment next spring beside her beloved Charles in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Sillery, Quebec.
