Beloved wife of the late Basil Dillon. Loving mother to Jeff (Cheryl) of Harrowsmith and Pam (Kevin) of Ottawa. Her unselfishness and love made her an inspiring role model to her grandsons Ben and Mitchell Kellar and Craig and Kirk Dillon. Dear sister of Mary (the late Joseph Neville), Mildred (the late Harry Crozier), Joan (Syl Donohue), Shirley (Don Clark), Brian (Phyllis) Russett and the late Jim Russett. Remembered by sister-in-law Betty Russett. Arlene will always be remembered by her many relatives and friends for her warmth, generosity and incredible strength. She coped with many obstacles during her lengthy struggle with MS without self-pity, always wearing her "rose coloured glasses" and living each day to the fullest. Friends will be received at the Township Chapel of Gordon F. Tompkins, 435 Davis Drive (Waterloo Village) on Wednesday, December 22, from 2-4 and 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel, Providence Manor, on Thursday, December 23, at 11:00 a.m. Burial at a later date in St. Michael's Cemetery, Douglas, Ontario. Memorial donations to the MS Society or P.C.C.C. Providence Manor Site would be greatly appreciated.
