STEPHEN, Kenneth 42 years of Windsor. Passed away at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital on Wednesday December 22, 2004 after a short but very courageous battle with cancer. Ken was called to his eternal peace while in the loving embrace of family members during his final hours and throughout his illness. Ken is survived by his sister Karen, brother David, sister-in-law Tylene, nephews Zachary and Jacob and many loving and dedicated aunts, uncles and cousins. Ken was predeceased by his mother Marie (1979) and father Ken (1990). Ken was an employee of Sears and former employee of the Ambassador Bridge Company. He was an avid lover of sports and music. The family would like to extend a very heartfelt thank you to Kenny's extended family and friends at Sears. Your love and kindness was amazing and will never be forgotten by our family. We would also like to thank the 8th floor staff at Hotel Dieu with special mention to Dr. Shamisa and Dr. Doyle for their unparalleled compassion and kindness. Family will receive friends at the Morris Sutton Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 68 Giles Blvd. E. on Sunday December 26, 7-9 p.m. and Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Service from the chapel Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Murray Steacy officiating. Cremation to follow with a private family interment at a later date. In kindness donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. A tree will be planted in memory of Kenneth Stephen in the Morris Sutton Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 25, 2005. All are welcome.
