Gloria Anne Howse April 07, 1954 - December 23, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Regina Funeral Home HOWSE, Gloria Anne (nee Kozack) was born April 7, 1954 in Bengough, SK and passed away at her home with her family at her side after a courageous 2-year battle with cancer on December 23, 2004. She was predeceased by her father Jacob Kozack. Gloria is survived by her husband Wayne and two children, Dennis and Brianne. She is also survived by her mother Ruby Kozack, brother Mervin Kozack, nieces Jolene and Courtney Kozack, Uncle Ben and Aunt Mary Hazen, Uncle Jim and Aunt Signa Lamoureux, aunts: Winnie Kozack and Nellie Martin, Wayne’s parents, Alec and Ruth Howse and by her brothers-in-law: Ken (Gloria) Howse, Keith (Laurie) Howse and Brian (Crystal) Howse. Many more aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephews, also survive her. Gloria was raised on a farm 10 KM South of Kayville and attended the Kayville School. Upon Graduation, she went off to Regina where she extended her education at Reliance Business College. Her first job was as a secretary for Trans Canada Freezers, in which she was there until Gloria and her husband, Wayne had children. At this time Gloria decided to stay home and raise the kids. Those who loved and knew her will long remember her joy and thoughtfulness of others. She had a passion for people and it showed in everything she did, from the wonderful care she took of her family to the diligence she showed in her jobs outside the home. One of the more recent jobs she held was at Global TV where she worked for twelve years. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at the Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, on Wednesday, December 29, at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Dan Cooper. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gloria’s memory to the Palliative Care, Pasqua Hospital, 4101 Dewdney Ave., Regina, SK S4T 1A5.
