TROTTIER, Lloyd (1919-2004) - Passed away peacefully at the West Nipissing General Hospital on December 23, 2004 at the age of 85 years, surrounded by the love of his devoted family. He was the cherished son of Thomas Trottier and Mary Lafrenière. Survived by his beloved wife, partner and best friend of 61 years Mary (née Merchant); his grateful children Maryclare Southam (Rick) of Carleton Place; Terry (Micheline) and Kevin (Nancy) of North Bay; Tom (Norita), Todd (Diane), Sherry Shaaked (Ayal), and Karen Crispin (Charlie), all of Ottawa; Patrick (Jan) of Espanola; Kathy Hopkins (Geoff) and Gerry of Sturgeon Falls. Also left to treasure his memory are 23 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He will be sadly missed but never forgotten by his sister Evelyn McAnulty of North Bay. Predeceased by 11 siblings. Lloyd was a lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 225 Sturgeon Falls. He was also a veteran of World War II. The family will receive relatives and friends at the THEORET FUNERAL HOME at 11 a.m. prior to the Funeral Mass which will be celebrated by Father Raymond Sullivan at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church on Monday, December 27 at 1 p.m. Memorial service and burial of remains to follow in the Spring.
